If you are unable to verify your employment,

  1. Your employer does not offer TrueConnect 
    1. If you'd like information on how to give your employer more information about TrueConnect, click here.
  2. Your employer offers TrueConnect, but you have not been listed as an active employee yet.
    1. Please call your HR department to update their TrueConnect file with your employment information.
